Refund Policy

Digital goods — final sale

Because our products are digital license keys delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once a key has been revealed or used.

When we issue refunds or replacements

• The key you received is invalid, already redeemed, or non-functional on arrival.
• We are unable to deliver a key within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error.

When refunds are not available

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind after a working key was delivered.
• Third-party platform changes or account bans caused by misuse.
• Keys shared, leaked, or used in violation of our Terms of Use.

How to request

Look up your order on the order lookup page, then open a ticket in our Discord support with your order ID and a short description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours.

Crypto payments

Refunds for crypto orders are returned in the same currency to the originating wallet.
